PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved regulations that impose various requirements on financial institutions’ treatment of customer information.  The regulations require that financial institutions develop privacy policies and disclose these policies to its customers.

Chesapeake considers your privacy one of our utmost concerns.  This Privacy Policy outlines our current policies and practices regarding how information about individual customers is collected and used.  

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to third parties other than as described below.

We collect personal information about you (such as your name, address, social security number, assets, income, and wire transaction instructions) from our discussions with you, from documents that you may deliver to us and in the course of providing advisory services for you.  We may use this information to provide advisory services to you, to open an account for you, to process a transaction for your account or otherwise in furtherance of our business.  In order to service your account and effect your transactions, we may provide your personal information to firms that assist us in servicing your account and have a need for such information, such as a broker or fund administrator.  We require third party service providers to protect the confidentiality of your information and to use the information only for the purposes for which we disclose the information to them.  We may, however, provide information about you to third parties at your direction and with your consent. We do not otherwise provide information about you to outside firms, organizations or individuals except to our attorneys, accountants and auditors as permitted by law, and to respond to court orders and legal investigations.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to our employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your personal information.

Chesapeake considers your privacy one of our utmost concerns.  This Privacy Policy outlines our current policies and practices regarding how information CAM Global Partners, LP receives from Limited Partners is collected and used. 

The Partnership does not disclose nonpublic personal information about its Limited Partners to third parties other than as described below.

Limited Partners of CAM Global Partners, LP recognize that non-public information concerning Limited Partners or otherwise disclosed by the Limited Partner to the Partnership, the General Partner, or other agents of the Partnership, including the Limited Partner’s name, address, social security number, assets and income (the "Information") may be disclosed (i) to Chesapeake Asset Management, LLC and affiliated entities, the Partnership’s administrator (the “Administrator”), attorneys, accountants and auditors in furtherance of the Partnership's business and to other service providers of the Partnership such as brokers who may have a need for the Information in connection with providing services to the Partnership, (ii) to governments, regulators, counterparties or others in connection with obtaining licenses, establishing accounts, making arrangements to make investments in foreign countries, making certain tax filings and other matters; and (iii) as otherwise required or permitted by law.
